Life Coaching & Consulting, Inc. was created to meet the needs of those who are seeking guidance and direction while in the midst of life's challenges. LCC’s Mission statement, "Helping make your Career, Educational and Personal Goals a reality!" is not merely words, but the guiding principle used with each and every client. Wanting you to succeed and "finding your bliss" in all you do, is the goal.
Seeing that at various times in people's lives they struggle with where to go and what to do, Bill Johnson decided to do something about it. After experiencing multiple transitions of his own, Bill began looking at how he could be of service in areas of life where transitions occur: choosing a college, career changes, and making the most out of life. Bill also realized the need for people to have a supportive person in their corner. They may need someone who can help them set goals, stay on task, or just bounce ideas off; someone like their old athletics coach, or a favorite teacher. Perhaps they are looking for someone who can help look at situations objectively and help formulate a plan for success. From this the genesis of an idea developed: “Why not take my experience, skills and talents and put them to use?” With a strong commitment to the service of others and to helping them be the best they can be, Bill incorporated as Life Coaching & Consulting, Inc.
